Keep Safe Care Expands into Dallas, Names Mychel Jones Territory Developer

Home care firm prioritizing caregiver support brings its streamlined approach to North Texas, offering increased pay and reduced staff turnover

I have always wanted my career to make a meaningful difference in healthcare”— Mychel JonesDALLAS, TX, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Keep Safe Care, a fast-scaling private-duty home care provider operating on a caregiver-first philosophy, has named Mychel Jones as Territory Developer for its new Dallas location, the company announced today.

This move into Dallas signals the next stage of the company’s statewide growth strategy, following its established presence in Austin and San Antonio. Keep Safe Care intends to launch its Dallas operations first, then move into Fort Worth around November 2026, with Houston under consideration as another key Texas market later in the year.

At the heart of Keep Safe Care’s approach is a straightforward idea: when caregivers are well-supported, they deliver better care to clients. The company differentiates itself from conventional home care agencies by channeling a much larger share of the client’s hourly fee directly to the caregiver. Through The 2/3 Rule™, at least two-thirds of the hourly rate goes toward caregiver compensation, while technology and a lean administrative setup help keep overhead low.

This structure aims to give caregivers higher pay while ensuring families receive more steady and reliable service. “Dallas is an important step in the continued growth of Keep Safe Care,” said Jeffrey Fry, CEO of Keep Safe Care Corporation. “We are not simply expanding geographically; we are continuing to expand a better way of delivering private-duty care—one built on operational efficiency and a caregiver-first approach.”

Mychel Jones to Lead Dallas Development
In his new role, Mr. Jones will manage the build-out of Keep Safe Care’s presence across the greater Dallas area. His duties span caregiver recruitment, community engagement, healthcare partnerships, and building referral networks with home health and hospice providers, all while supporting the in-home care needs of local residents.

Mr. Jones’s career began at Southern Illinois University, where he focused on healthcare studies. However, his path shifted dramatically when he was drafted into Major League Soccer, going on to play professionally for eight years and compete internationally. Even so, his interest in healthcare never faded.
After retiring from soccer, he became a business owner, gaining hands-on experience in physical therapy, medical administration, and clinical operations. That entrepreneurial background gave him a well-rounded perspective on both the healthcare and business sides of the industry. Now, Jones is returning to a more direct role in healthcare, driven by a desire to positively impact the lives of those around him.

“I have always wanted my career to make a meaningful difference in healthcare,” Mr. Jones states. “Keep Safe Care’s caregiver-first mission gives me the opportunity to help build an organization that supports caregivers, serves families, and strengthens the communities in which it operates.”

Continuing the Caregiver-First Revolution
Keep Safe Care was established on the conviction that many of the in-home care industry’s most persistent issues—caregiver shortages, high turnover, frequent call-outs, and inconsistent service—stem from the economics of the traditional agency model, which often pays caregivers modest wages.

Rather than accepting these challenges as unavoidable, Keep Safe Care redesigned the operating model from the ground up, slashing overhead and startup costs through its proprietary Private-Duty-in-a-Box® technology and operational platform. By running more efficiently, the company can direct a larger portion of its revenue straight to the people delivering care.

The company’s caregiver-first ethos is captured in its guiding principle:
“We take care of our caregivers, so they can take better care of you.”

“Efficiency is not separate from our caregiver-first mission,” Mr. Fry states. “Being an engineer, I understand how efficiency is what allows us to pay caregivers more, support them better, reduce unnecessary overhead, and create a more reliable experience for clients and families.”

Building Healthcare Partnerships Across Dallas
A key part of Mychel Jones’s role will involve forging connections with home health and hospice agencies, hospital discharge teams, social workers, senior communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals dedicated to helping older adults age in place safely. Keep Safe Care sees these groups not merely as referral sources but as true partners in care.

The company’s objective is to complement clinical home health and hospice services by filling the non-clinical gaps that often determine whether a patient can remain at home—such as personal care, companionship, transportation, meal preparation, medication reminders, and other daily living activities.

From Dallas to Fort Worth, Houston, and Florida
The Dallas launch is a cornerstone of Keep Safe Care’s broader Texas and national expansion plan, which emphasizes locally run operations supported by centralized technology. After Dallas, the company will continue developing additional major markets, including Fort Worth and Houston in Texas, as well as Miami, Orlando, and Tampa in Florida.

Keep Safe Care’s long-range vision is to cultivate strong local leadership in every market while relying on centralized technology and efficient systems to deliver consistent, dependable care.
