HIGHCOURT broadens legal database and upgrades MKC2 review tool

–

The existing private legal AI platform now brings together 31.3 million indexed legal passages and improved AI review performance.

WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, October 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — HIGHCOURT today announced broader legal knowledge and enhanced specialized review features for its current private legal AI platform. Already ready for implementation, HIGHCOURT aids law firms in preparing, researching, and reviewing legal documents while maintaining core AI processing on their own systems. This enhancement boosts the platform’s legal reference scope and targeted review functions, assisting attorneys as they examine evidence, evaluate authorities, and get case materials ready.

Legal knowledge at substantial scale

HIGHCOURT’s deployed legal reference framework includes:

31.3 million indexed legal passages spanning case law, statutes, regulations, and supporting resources.

9.98 million case records within its citation database.

77.5 million citation links aiding assessment of connections among legal authorities.

These collections cover federal law and regulations, state-law materials from all 50 states, and extra legal reference sources. Coverage depth differs by jurisdiction and practice area. HIGHCOURT’s legal knowledge features help attorneys examine pertinent material in the context of their tasks.

Passage numbers describe indexed text segments, which include overlapping collections—not unique cases or individual laws. Coverage varies by jurisdiction.

Measurable progress in AI review

MKC2 (also referred to as HC Critic), HIGHCOURT’s specialized review model, evaluates generated content and highlights possible issues for human inspection.
In internal testing, MKC2 reached 93.17% accuracy on scored binary checks, versus 83.09% for the comparison model. Its capacity to prioritize defective work over sound work measured 0.962 ROC-AUC, compared with 0.728.

These findings reflect performance on the internal evaluation set. They are separate from live-matter outcomes and do not assure error-free legal work.

MKC2 was created by HIGHCOURT founder Michael Knight, who also established Privilege AI.

Practitioner review of completed case work

HIGHCOURT reports four completed, unpaid retrospective case validations. According to the company, reviewers confirmed that generated findings and outcomes matched their prior findings.

A participating law firm reported no hallucinations or issues in the three case outputs it reviewed. Those observations apply to the reviewed outputs; attorneys remain responsible for verifying and approving legal work.

Available now

HIGHCOURT is complete and ready for deployment. The platform supports private legal research, case preparation, drafting, and review within a unified workspace.
