Bigly Sales introduces MCP server for AI assistant access to call data

–

Query your AI assistant for who answered, who requested a callback, and how your campaign is performing. The response comes directly from Bigly Sales.

MIAMI, FL, UNITED STATES, October 6, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Bigly Sales, Inc., a provider of fully managed AI-powered calling for sales teams, has unveiled a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for its platform. In plain terms, this means clients can now integrate Bigly Sales into the AI assistant they rely on daily and access their call data simply by asking.

Curious about yesterday’s results? Just ask. Need a roster of contacts who mentioned, “call me back Thursday”? Request it. The assistant reaches into Bigly Sales, retrieves the information, and presents it directly in the conversation. No need to open another dashboard or export a spreadsheet beforehand.

“Our clients repeatedly shared the same feedback,” said Thomas Ryan, CEO of Bigly Sales. “They value the outcomes the calls deliver, but they don’t want an extra login. Many are already spending hours in Claude or ChatGPT. So we decided to bring Bigly to them. Now a sales manager can type ‘who answered today and wants a demo’ and get a genuine response without leaving the screen they’re on.”

Why this is significant
MCP is the open protocol enabling AI assistants to link with external software. Anthropic introduced it in late 2024, and OpenAI, Google, and Microsoft have all endorsed it since. It has rapidly become the standard for AI tools to access real business data instead of relying on guesses.

Here’s the catch, though. Most sales software still hasn’t implemented one. Very few AI calling platforms have. So for many teams, calls happen in one system while analysis occurs elsewhere, requiring manual data transfer. Bigly Sales clients no longer face that hassle.
What clients can do with it

Once connected, a client can ask their assistant to:
• Retrieve call outcomes, summaries, and transcripts for any campaign
• Identify leads showing strong interest or those requesting follow-ups
• Add or modify contacts and push a fresh list into an active campaign
• Review campaign pacing and total minutes used

Bigly Sales continues to manage the calling for its clients, just as before. The MCP doesn’t alter that. It simply makes results accessible with a single question. The server operates through each client’s existing account, ensuring the assistant only sees data that account is permitted to view.
“I genuinely believe AI assistants will become the primary way many people run their businesses,” Ryan said. “Not in the distant future. Very soon. If your software can’t communicate with them, you’ll be left behind. We didn’t want to wait and learn that lesson the hard way. We’d rather be ahead of the curve.”

Availability
The Bigly Sales MCP server is now live for all Bigly Sales clients. It supports Claude, ChatGPT, and other MCP-compatible assistants.
