A Browser-Based and On-Premises Database Management Tool

SyncriTab offers a unified, browser-driven workspace for database connections, SQL execution, data management, and automated task scheduling.
SyncriTab gives organizations a practical method for browser-based database interaction while retaining control within their own infrastructure.”— Synametrics Technologies Inc.MILLSTONE, NJ, UNITED STATES, October 7, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Synametrics Technologies Inc. has announced the launch of SyncriTab, a web-based database querying tool that gives developers and database administrators browser-driven database access through JDBC, with support for on-premises installation.
SyncriTab delivers a centralized hub for connecting to databases, composing and running SQL queries, examining database schemas, reviewing query outputs, and handling other database operations via a web browser. Built for organizations seeking to retain oversight of their database environment, SyncriTab can be installed fully within an organization's own infrastructure.
Core Capabilities of SyncriTab
1) Web Browser Database Access:
SyncriTab enables developers and database administrators to use database querying and management tools through a standard web browser, removing the need for a dedicated database client on each user's machine.
With on-premises deployment options, organizations can maintain the application and database connections within their own infrastructure. This positions SyncriTab well for environments where data privacy, internal oversight, and restricting database access to the organization's network are critical priorities.
2) Simplified Administration:
SyncriTab streamlines deployment by letting organizations provide database access through a single installation rather than configuring a database client on every user's machine. Data sources can be set up centrally, which simplifies access management across the user base.
Updates are managed from one central location, allowing organizations to preserve uniform configuration throughout their environment. Centralized management helps minimize configuration inconsistencies between systems and eases ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
3) Built for On-Premises and Air-Gapped Environments:
SyncriTab is engineered for organizations that prefer to keep database access and the application within their own infrastructure. As a fully private, browser-based, on-premises solution, SyncriTab ensures data never leaves the organization's infrastructure, providing control over where database access and data reside.
SyncriTab runs on supported Windows and Linux platforms and is also offered via Docker. It functions in air-gapped or entirely disconnected environments, making it appropriate for organizations with isolated networks or strict external connectivity requirements.
4) Security and Access Management:
SyncriTab includes administrative and security controls for managing users, database access, and activity. Administrators can assign distinct roles for administrators, managers, and developers, and can restrict access to individual data sources on a per-user basis.
The solution supports two-factor authentication, which administrators can mandate for users, along with HTTPS using either an organization's own certificate or a complimentary certificate from Let's Encrypt. SyncriTab can automatically block IP addresses following repeated failed login attempts and can automatically log out idle sessions while closing their related database connections. Sensitive server-stored files can optionally be encrypted.
Administrators can also view reports covering sign-ins, query activity, and scheduled tasks, offering visibility into system usage patterns.
5) JDBC Connectivity – Bundled Drivers :
SyncriTab enables database connectivity through JDBC, offering developers and DBAs a standardized interface for connecting to supported database systems. It bundles several JDBC drivers from Progress Software at no extra charge. These included Progress drivers are Type 5 drivers designed to deliver enhanced functionality and throughput when connecting to supported databases.
Through JDBC drivers, users can connect to various database platforms, compose and run SQL queries, explore database objects, inspect database structures, and manage query results from the browser.
This setup allows organizations working with multiple database systems to offer a unified querying environment without requiring a separate desktop client for each user.
6) Versatile Database Connectivity:
SyncriTab relies on JDBC to connect to supported database systems, permitting users to supply their own JDBC driver or utilize an existing one. Database backends can be hosted on the organization's local network or accessed over the Internet, depending on network configuration and database setup.
7) SQL Querying and Editing:
SyncriTab provides a browser-based SQL editor for composing and running queries against connected databases. The editor features syntax highlighting and IntelliSense suggestions for tables and columns to aid users during SQL authoring.
Users can open multiple query pages per database connection, with each page maintaining its own SQL script and results. Results appear in grids engineered to handle large result sets and queries returning multiple result sets. SyncriTab also includes tools for managing SQL work, such as saved scripts and workbooks that group multiple query pages together. Query history lets users locate and re-execute prior queries, while saved sessions can restore query pages and results when users return to their tasks.
8) Data Export, Import, and Comparison:
SyncriTab includes tools for exporting, importing, and transferring database data. Users can export query results to CSV, Microsoft Excel, or HTML files, generate SQL INSERT statements, or move results directly into a table in another database. Data can also be brought in from text files.
For structure analysis, SyncriTab offers Schema Diff, which lets users compare the structures of two databases. Its Reverse Engineering feature can create DDL scripts from an existing database, assisting users in documenting or rebuilding database structures.
9) Schedule and Automate Database Operations:
SyncriTab features a task scheduler that lets users automatically run SQL scripts and data exports according to a defined schedule. Email notifications can be triggered when scheduled tasks finish, and managers can monitor the status of these tasks.
These capabilities allow organizations to automate recurring database operations and oversee scheduled activities without requiring manual execution by users.
For those familiar with desktop database tools like WinSQL, SyncriTab presents a browser-based approach to many standard database querying tasks. Users can connect to databases, explore database objects, compose and execute SQL queries, and handle query results through a browser, while the application stays deployed within the organization's own environment.
Availability
SyncriTab is available for download starting October 7, 2026. SyncriTab is offered under a subscription-based license, with monthly and annual subscription plans available on a per-developer/user basis.
