Moish Peltz, Co-Managing Partner at FRB

Those who hold Bitcoin frequently think well ahead, yet navigating the legal and estate planning structures surrounding digital assets can prove challenging without skilled assistance.”— Kyle Lawrence, Co-Chair of FRB’s Digital Assets Practice GroupNEW YORK CITY, NY, UNITED STATES, July 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Falcon Rappaport & Berkman (“FRB”) is excited to share that it has become a member of The Bitcoin Family Office Group, a collaborative network of five distinct service providers dedicated to assisting members of the Bitcoin community.

The Bitcoin Family Office Group was established to aid significant Bitcoin holders in locating and connecting with experts who grasp the distinctive planning, legal, tax, financial, liquidity, mining, and custody factors involved in obtaining and safeguarding Bitcoin wealth. Rather than forcing individuals to manage these concerns on their own, the network facilitates connections between qualified participants and one or more of its five service areas: Wealth & Finance, Tax & Accounting, Legal & Estate Planning, Acquisition & Liquidity, and Mining & Custody.

Within this group, FRB will act as the provider for the Legal & Estate Planning vertical. The firm’s main contact for this collaboration is Kyle Lawrence, a Partner in FRB’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Digital Assets Practice Group. The firm’s Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, and Advance Directives) Practice Group brings extensive experience in creating Bitcoin- and cryptocurrency-specific estate plans, including those that tackle advanced digital asset custody solutions, secure key management and inheritance procedures, and the incorporation of digital assets into comprehensive wealth transfer and business succession strategies. This expertise enables FRB to assist Bitcoin holders in preserving and passing on their digital wealth across generations with clarity and assurance.

“Kyle’s background in corporate, securities, transactional, and digital assets, supported by our sophisticated Estate Planning Practice Group, makes him ideally suited to aid Bitcoin holders in addressing their estate planning, wealth preservation, and business planning requirements,” stated Moish Peltz, Co-Managing Partner of FRB. “FRB is honored to join this coordinated network of professionals striving to deliver greater clarity and structure to Bitcoin-focused planning.”

Kyle provides counsel to clients on corporate and private securities issues, including private placements, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, licensing, manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements. As a member of FRB’s Digital Assets Practice Group, his work also entails advising companies on blockchain and cryptocurrency topics, with a particular emphasis on the corporate, securities, and business continuity aspects affecting these ventures.

“Bitcoin holders are often thinking several steps ahead, but the legal and estate planning frameworks around digital assets can be difficult to navigate without experienced guidance,” remarked Kyle Lawrence. “FRB’s involvement in The Bitcoin Family Office Group enables us to help our clients thoughtfully address these issues, focusing on asset protection, succession planning, business considerations, and the lasting preservation of digital wealth, all while drawing on the combined expertise of the other group members.”

Through The Bitcoin Family Office Group, Bitcoin holders requiring legal and estate planning assistance may be referred to FRB for support, while other needs may be directed to the appropriate participating vertical.
