Patrick comes to FIOR from Oracle’s UK operations, where he held the position of Chief Field Architect for Defence and National Security. In that capacity, he oversaw large-scale technology initiatives spanning the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, aiding public-sector, defence, and national-security entities in crafting and deploying secure, resilient technology frameworks.
Prior to his tenure at Oracle, Patrick served as a Principal Solutions Architect at Zaizi, following a previous career in government. He holds Chartered IT Professional status, is a member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and serves on the techUK National Security Committee.
As Chief Technology Officer, Patrick will steer FIOR’s technology strategy, product architecture, and engineering execution. A key priority will be rolling out FIOR’s technology across cloud, on-premises, edge, and disconnected settings—particularly in sensitive and regulated environments where organisations cannot simply swap out existing infrastructure as new AI capabilities arise.
FIOR supplies the security infrastructure required as AI shifts from producing information to executing actions.
