HSIM Completes Eight Years of Digital Skilling, Sets Target to Train 100,000 Entrepreneurs by 2030

Navneet Gupta, Founder of HSIM, unveiling the institute’s goal to prepare 100,000 digital entrepreneurs across the country by 2030.

Over eight years, the Karnal-based institute has educated more than 1,000 students; its 2030 ambition was revealed during the inaugural Digital Business Summit.

“A person does not need to relocate to Delhi or Bangalore to launch a digital venture. Karnal can serve as that foundation, and so can a hundred cities just like it.”— Navneet Kumar GuptaKARNAL, HARYANA, INDIA, July 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — HSIM, a digital skilling institute located in Karnal, Haryana, celebrated its eighth anniversary by hosting its first-ever Digital Business Summit on 18 July 2026 at Vivaan, Karnal. During the gathering, the organization declared its intention to train 100,000 digital entrepreneurs throughout India by the year 2030.

Established in 2018, HSIM has educated over 1,000 individuals in digital marketing, search engine strategies, and online business operations. Graduates have moved into salaried positions, developed independent freelance careers, and, in numerous instances, founded their own businesses. The 2030 objective represents a hundredfold increase from this base and broadens the institute’s focus beyond Haryana to learners nationwide.

The summit featured 11 speakers from across India’s digital economy and attracted over 150 participants from Karnal, Panipat, Yamunanagar, and neighboring districts. Discussions addressed artificial intelligence applications in content and search, marketing automation, lead generation, affiliate marketing, and domain investing.

“For eight years, our efforts have been measured one student at a time. The 2030 target changes the scale of measurement, but not the approach. We aim to show that a person does not need to relocate to Delhi or Bangalore to launch a digital venture. Karnal can serve as that foundation, and so can a hundred cities just like it.”
— Navneet Gupta, Founder, HSIM

Presenters at the summit included Satish Kushwaha from Satish K Videos, Kulwant Nagi of AIGrowthSkool, Sourabh Rana from SEORana, Abhishek Jain of Digitofy, Gundeep Singh Grover from Kings Digital, Rajan Chopra of Grimbyte Technologies, Abhishek Sood from Local Sites Pro, Piyush Dimri of Launchigo Media, Jatin Batra from DesigningBrain, Hitesh Wadhwa of Domainofy, and Antim Dhiman, a content creator based in Karnal. The event was hosted by emcee Mehak Sharma.

The schedule moved from a formal opening and lamp-lighting ceremony through consecutive speaker presentations, an interactive question-and-answer session where attendees directly queried the speakers, and a lively networking lunch. The day concluded with a recognition ceremony where the institute honored its top-performing students for their achievements, alongside the summit speakers. Participants received a printed toolkit containing practical prompts and workflows designed for instant application.

“Skilling in a smaller city fails for one reason: people learn something and then have no one to build it with. That is the gap we set out to bridge. Training provides the skill. The community sustains it.”
— Navneet Gupta, Founder, HSIM

HSIM has stated that the Digital Business Summit will now take place annually, complementing the institute’s existing monthly industry workshop series. Information regarding the 2027 edition is anticipated to be released later this year.
