ImEX Systems Welcomes CCS Partners
ImEX joins forces with CCS to offer Canada's dealer-owned collision network a cloud-based shop management system and smooth DMS integrations.
ImEX Online was built for this business, with estimating, scheduling, parts and invoicing in one cloud platform and a Canadian support team behind it.”— James Rome, President, ImEX Systems Inc.VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — ImEX Systems Inc. ("ImEX"), a company that supplies cloud-based body shop management software for the collision repair sector, announced today that it has been selected as a preferred technology partner by Consolidated Collision Services (CCS), the network of new-car dealer-owned collision repair centres across Canada. Through this agreement, member shops within CCS's network—which includes over 105 collision repair centres and 230 new car dealerships—will gain access to ImEX Online, along with specialized onboarding, training materials, and continuous support designed for the CCS network.
CCS unites franchised new-car dealerships and OEM-certified independent collision centres nationwide under a single, dealer-owned network. As a preferred partner, ImEX will collaborate with CCS to provide member shops with tools for estimating, scheduling, parts management, billing and invoicing, and reporting—all built specifically for the collision repair field.
For the first time, ImEX is closing the gap between the dealer's DMS and estimating systems, eliminating the duplicate data entry that has long plagued dealer collision operations.
Traditionally, dealerships have depended on office staff to manually transfer data between systems and re-enter information into repair orders—a time-intensive, non-revenue-generating task that opens the door to mistakes and inefficiencies.
With this new integration, that process is overhauled. Information flows seamlessly between the DMS and the estimating platform, removing unnecessary double entry and allowing dealership employees to spend less time handling data and more time on revenue-driving activities. The integration supports CDK Global, Reynolds and Reynolds, and PBS Systems—the dealership management systems most commonly used by Canadian dealers.
This connection marks a major step forward for the dealer collision market, linking systems, cutting inefficiencies, and enabling dealerships to operate more effectively than ever before.
"Our members requested a shop management platform that truly understands how dealer-owned collision centres work, including OEM procedures, warranty requirements, and manufacturer scorecards—not just work orders," said Charles Aubry, General Manager, Consolidated Collision Services. "ImEX has spent three decades building for Canadian collision repairers. By naming them a preferred partner, we give our shops a proven, cloud-based system, plus the onboarding and support to realize real value from it quickly."
"Dealer-owned collision centres face high expectations, and meeting those is tough when your production board is on a whiteboard and your parts status sits in someone's inbox," said James Rome, President, ImEX Systems Inc. "ImEX Online was designed for this business, combining estimating, scheduling, parts, and invoicing in one cloud platform with a Canadian support team behind it. We're honored that CCS selected us, and our immediate focus is on getting member shops across the country live quickly and helping them move more vehicles through the door."
As part of the partnership, ImEX will be featured in CCS's training curriculum and member resources, and the two companies intend to coordinate on webinars, member communications, and appearances at upcoming CCS events, including the annual CCS Conference and ACE: The Automotive Conference & Expo. Shops in the CCS network interested in learning more can reach out to their CCS regional representative or call +1 (604) 839 3431 to request a demo.
