Software industry veteran of 20+ years will build long-term, customer-focused roadmaps for all three Libra Software businesses.
Sean Sullivan has been named President of Ziiware, CDR Software, and InfoBate, broadening his leadership role across the Libra Software portfolio. The appointment follows more than two decades of experience in the software and technology sector, signaling a deliberate move to consolidate operational oversight under one seasoned hand.
Sullivan’s professional path started at Friedman Corporation, where he took on both individual contributor and managerial duties spanning customer support, services, project management, quality control, customer relations, and software development. That breadth of exposure shaped the operational philosophy he later carried into his tenure as President of Argos, Logimax, DPS, and Viewlocity—a post he held for roughly six years. In that capacity, he led organizations focused on 3PL and agricultural warehouse management software, working side-by-side with customers to drive team alignment around accountability and measurable outcomes.
Over the years, Sullivan has built a reputation for pairing disciplined operational execution with consistent, hands-on customer interaction. His approach has consistently centered on helping growing businesses fortify their teams and scale effectively.
Now, as President of Ziiware, CDR Software, and InfoBate, Sullivan assumes full organizational responsibility and will steer strategic and operational direction across all three businesses. His immediate priorities include crafting and executing a long-term, customer-centric development roadmap for each company, with a focus on sustained investment in the products and services their users rely on. Beyond product strategy, his mandate covers employee support, deepening customer ties, strengthening operational and financial performance, and scouting opportunities for innovation and durable growth.
Why it matters: This leadership consolidation signals Libra Software’s intent to unify strategy across its portfolio while keeping customer needs at the center. With a veteran operator at the helm of three distinct businesses, the move could translate into more cohesive product development and sharper operational focus for the companies’ clients.
