OneAccord's When2AI Imprint today announced the launch of Volume II: Leadership & Oversight, the second entry in The Field Guide to the New Economy series authored by J.R. Covey. While Volume I provided individual operators with a repeatable framework for producing defensible work using AI, Volume II supplies organizational leadership with the governance layer above that: the business rationale, deployment sequencing, and acceptable-use policies required before AI is scaled across a team.
According to the series, most operators are leveraging AI without a process for assessing whether the output is any good, or determining who is responsible when it is not. Volume I addressed that shortfall at the individual level. Volume II extends that same rigor to the organization, offering executives a structured method for governing AI adoption instead of reacting to it on a team-by-team basis.
