Prosci Launches New AI Integration Program to Help Organizations Turn AI Investment Into Business Results

Leading AI Integration Success provides leaders with a people-first methodology to reshape work, strengthen AI expertise, and deliver quantifiable value.

Prosci, a worldwide frontrunner in change management, has unveiled Leading AI Integration Success—a new instructor-led enterprise program aimed at equipping leaders to shift their organizations from simply using AI to achieving deep integration and measurable business results.

Companies across various sectors have poured significant resources into AI tools, carried out large-scale rollouts, and educated employees on using new technologies. However, having access and usage alone does not prove that AI has transformed how work is accomplished or generated the returns that organizations anticipated.

Prosci created Leading AI Integration Success to bridge this divide. This one-day course provides both formal and informal leaders at every level with a repeatable, human-centered framework to assess where AI fits within their teams, redesign work around evolving capabilities, and guide employees through ongoing AI-driven transformation.

“AI will continue to evolve how work gets done within organizations. But the pace of innovation here, as well as the need to map AI capabilities to unique workflows, requires a more decentralized approach to leading change than organizations have used in the past.” said Paul Gonzalez, VP, AI Solutions. “It requires all leaders to build the skills that will continually convert new AI capabilities into real business value.”

The curriculum draws on Prosci’s 2026 State of AI Adoption research, which showed that motivation alone does not separate organizations making greater AI progress from those struggling. Organizational AI posture and Team-AI Fit emerged as key indicators of adoption success, underscoring the critical role leaders play in creating conditions that enable people to successfully weave AI into their daily work.

Progressing Past AI Usage

Leading AI Integration Success tackles a mounting challenge for organizations whose AI investments have gone beyond the initial rollout phase.

Traditional deployment metrics—such as licenses, logins, and training completions—can show whether employees have AI access, but they offer an incomplete view of whether the technology is producing real value. Organizations also need to know if employees are developing proficiency, if workflows are evolving, and if these changes are yielding measurable business results.

The program explores the Human Factors of ROI, examining speed of adoption, ultimate utilization, and proficiency as metrics that link the people side of AI integration to business performance.

Participants also learn to apply Prosci’s AI Integration Framework, which classifies work into “My Work,” “With Me,” and “For Me” categories. This repeatable framework helps leaders continuously assess where AI fits into their teams’ existing tasks and identify where adjustments to roles, workflows, and processes can generate value as AI capabilities keep advancing and improving.

Leveraging ADKAR® for Ongoing AI Change

The course also applies the Prosci ADKAR® Model to an AI landscape where capabilities, tools, and expectations are constantly shifting.
Rather than treating AI integration as a one-off implementation, leaders learn how Awareness, Desire, and Reinforcement can foster adaptability, while Knowledge and Ability are steadily built as new AI features affect specific areas of work.

This strategy reflects a core challenge organizations face when integrating AI: there may be no fixed future state. In contrast to a defined change, new models, features, and capabilities continually alter what employees can accomplish and how work can be organized. Each new change triggers a people-side shift, requiring leaders to steer teams through repeated change journeys while organizations develop the internal capacity to adapt over time.

The Leader’s Role in AI Integration

Prosci’s method places special emphasis on leaders who are closest to the actual work.

AI integration often happens team by team and role by role as organizations decide which capabilities matter, which workflows should evolve, and how newly freed capacity should be utilized. Thus, leaders are central to converting technological potential into changes in how work gets done.

The program helps participants assess new AI capabilities, determine their relevance to specific tasks, guide employees through change, and make intentional choices about how productivity gains can be reinvested.

Participants will also craft People-Centered AI Integration Principles, establishing a common set of commitments for how their teams or organizations will collaborate with AI.

Expanding Capability Beyond the Classroom

Those who complete Leading AI Integration Success receive 12 months of Prosci Premier Membership, extending the learning beyond the initial training day.

Prosci Membership offers unlimited access to Kaiya®, Prosci’s AI assistant; strategy-level AI research; expert-led collaborative sessions; and the AI Adoption Diagnostic. Participants also get a digital program workbook filled with templates and planning tools designed for immediate use.

The program is aimed at organizations pursuing AI as an innovation and growth strategy, as well as leaders accountable for converting AI investment into organizational outcomes. Sponsoring leaders may include Chief AI Officers, Heads of AI, COOs, CHROs, transformation and change leaders, and learning and development executives. Participants can include both formal and informal leaders across functions who oversee AI-related transformation.
