Coworking operators have long juggled midnight support tickets, unpaid invoices, and the eternal “what’s the Wi-Fi password?” question. With the launch of Spacebring Intelligence, the company is betting that AI can take over that routine grind entirely — not just answer questions, but actually complete the work.

Spacebring, a management platform used by more than 500 coworking spaces across over 50 countries, unveiled its new AI-powered system on October 22, 2026, in Gdańsk, Poland. The announcement introduces Spacebring Intelligence, a suite of tools that combines the AI assistant formerly known as Lem AI — now rebranded as Spacebring Agent — with a new team of autonomous cloud agents. These agents operate on schedules or in response to events, all within rules set by the operator.

Spacebring Agent and a team of AI agents take on the routine work of running a coworking space around the clock, on the web and in the admin mobile app
“Coworking operators didn’t sign a lease to chase invoices and answer the Wi-Fi question at three in the morning. Spacebring Intelligence doesn’t just help with the work. It does the work. Operators set the rules, and an assistant and a team of agents carry them out around the clock, on the web, on the phone and in the apps they already use. We built it so operators can get back to the one job software can’t do: making somebody feel at home,” said Igor Dzhebyan-Benjamin, CEO of Spacebring.
From answers to action
The rebranded Spacebring Agent is now embedded across the admin dashboard. When an operator opens it, the assistant already understands the context of the page they’re viewing. An operator can ask, “Does this member have unpaid invoices?” without naming anyone — the Agent knows who they mean. It responds with reports and charts covering members, bookings, revenue, and occupancy, and can process spreadsheets, PDFs, and screenshots that operators upload.
The shift goes beyond information retrieval. The Agent can now modify records and settings through natural language commands, executing changes across the entire network — from correcting billing errors to drafting support replies and managing visitor sign-ins. Operators can approve every action manually, or set the Agent to auto-approve once they’ve built trust in the routine.
Agents that work while the operator sleeps
The more significant evolution is the introduction of autonomous agents. Operators can create custom agents, giving each one a name, instructions, and a trigger — whether that’s a schedule, a new booking, a support ticket, a signed contract, or another supported event. They also control what each agent can access and which locations it applies to. Once configured, the agent runs in the cloud 24/7, operating within the boundaries the operator defines, regardless of whether anyone is physically at the desk.
A practical example: a “Supporter” agent could respond to member support tickets at any hour, drawing from the operator’s location guides and forwarding complex issues to the appropriate human administrator. The agent can carry a custom name with an AI agent label, ensuring members know they’re interacting with an automated system.
Spacebring goes where operators work
The platform now integrates with the messaging tools operators already use daily. Spacebring is accessible via Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram, with all conversations synced to the admin dashboard. Through the Spacebring MCP server, operators can also work with their Spacebring data inside Claude and ChatGPT. Additionally, operators can connect external MCP servers — such as Superhuman Mail — either through an agent’s details page or by simply asking Spacebring Agent in chat to make the connection. The Spacebring Agent is also available in the admin mobile app, enabling full network management from a smartphone.
One file, 13 minutes to migrate to Spacebring
The Agent also tackles what operators often dread most: switching platforms. In September, a coworking space moving to Spacebring uploaded a single file with its data, and Spacebring Agent completed the entire account setup in just 13 minutes.
A habit of moving coworking forward
Spacebring Intelligence represents the latest milestone in a steady pattern of innovation. In February 2026, the company launched a fully featured admin mobile app with customer management and chat capabilities. March 2026 brought Lem AI (now Spacebring Agent), an in-platform assistant capable of both reading and writing. In July 2026, Spacebring data became accessible through Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants via the MCP server. The platform expanded to WhatsApp and Telegram in September 2026, followed by Slack in October 2026. Now, with this launch, Spacebring adds autonomous agents to the mix.
In operators’ own words
Early adopters have been using Lem AI since its debut, and a select group tested the new agents, the upgraded Spacebring Agent, and MCP server connections before today’s launch. Their feedback highlights the practical impact.
“Spacebring went above and beyond with Agents – making life easier for coworking admins with thoughtful, practical features that make a difference. We appreciate all the automations Spacebring brings to our space.”
— Randi Craigen, VP of Administration (Mox.E Coworking)
“Agent was a night-and-day change- like having Google right inside the platform. Whenever I had a question, it helped me find the answers. It even guided me through improving our office occupancy tracking, making our analytics much more accurate.”
— Adriana Rivera, Executive Assistant (UP Spaces)
Availability and pricing
Spacebring Intelligence is available to existing Spacebring customers immediately. Chatting with Spacebring Agent and answering most questions is unlimited and included in standard Spacebring plans at no additional cost. Only complex requests that require AI coding incur charges, drawn from a prepaid balance. The cost varies by request, with Billing showing a detailed breakdown for each one. Every new location receives €20 (approximately $22) in credit to trial Spacebring Intelligence.

Why it matters: This launch signals a broader shift in facility management software — moving from tools that assist humans to systems that operate independently. For coworking operators, the ability to offload after-hours support, billing fixes, and migration tasks to AI agents could redefine staffing needs and operational costs, potentially leveling the playing field between small independent spaces and large chains.
