SubcontractorHub Launches Cash Payment Processing and a Field Service App for the Trades

Four key developments enhance the company’s comprehensive platform designed for home service contractors.

PARK CITY, UT, UNITED STATES, August 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — SubcontractorHub, the all-in-one home services software platform catering to roofing, solar, and HVAC companies, has announced four major milestones: the introduction of SubHub Payments, the debut of a native field service application for iOS and Android, the launch of the Builders Creed podcast, and the naming of Joe Martin as Chief Marketing Officer. Collectively, these initiatives advance the company’s goal of enabling contractors to secure more projects, streamline operations, boost cash flow, and deliver superior service from the back office to the job site.

SubHub Payments

SubcontractorHub’s built-in cash payment solution, integrated directly into the platform’s invoicing and project workflow. Contractors can generate and dispatch invoices without ever leaving SubcontractorHub, providing a unified hub to manage payments alongside their daily project operations.

In addition to invoicing, SubHub Payments offers full visibility into the payment lifecycle—spanning invoice delivery, payment milestones, autopay, recurring payments, refunds, and overall payment management—all within a single platform. This creates a more streamlined cash collection process, replacing disconnected invoicing tools and enhancing construction payment processing.

“Getting paid and running the job shouldn’t live in two different places,” said Justin Brach, Chief Executive Officer at SubcontractorHub. “With SubHub Payments and our new field service app, a crew can finish the work, collect signatures, and take payment right from the driveway—then watch it all sync back to the office. That means less chasing invoices, fewer tools to manage, and cash in the door faster.”

Native Field Service App

The newly released field service application brings the platform’s capabilities directly to technicians out in the field. Now accessible on iOS and Android, the app is tailored for service, maintenance, installations, inspections, and work order management, featuring an offline-first architecture that allows work to proceed even without an internet connection. Photos, videos, signatures, notes, and work order updates are stored locally and automatically synchronize once connectivity is restored.

Technicians can complete dynamic checklists and work order forms, capture photos and videos, document installed equipment, collect customer signatures, and accept payments through any provider linked to the platform—including Stripe, Propelr, GoodLeap Payments, and SubHub Payments. Launch features encompass Appointments, Work Orders, Customers, Statistics, and Approvals, all synced back to the SubcontractorHub web platform.

Builders Creed Podcast

SubcontractorHub also introduced Builders Creed, a weekly podcast hosted by CEO Justin Brach. Centered on the principle of showing up, doing the work, and leaving things better than found, the podcast features honest discussions with contractors, founders, and operators who are building standout businesses across the trades. Builders Creed is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other major platforms.

Joe Martin Named Chief Marketing Officer

SubcontractorHub has appointed Joe Martin as Chief Marketing Officer. Martin brings more than twenty years of marketing leadership experience, including executive roles at Adobe and Scorpion. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University. As CMO, Martin will oversee brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, content, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.

“We build with contractors, not just for them. My job is making sure the trades know there’s finally a smooth platform of tools built for how they actually work.”

SubcontractorHub is the all-in-one growth platform for home services contractors, helping businesses manage every stage of the customer journey—from lead generation and sales to project management, payments, and collections. Its platform includes EasyQuote, Sales Velocity with AI, Project Management, SubHub Payments, the native mobile app, the Ambassador Program, and a growing Partner Ecosystem.
