Thoriva Acquires Fiserv’s Education Platform to Expand Mission AI

Deal strengthens Thoriva's mission-critical infrastructure and AI offerings within loan servicing operations

VIENNA, VA, UNITED STATES, September 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Thoriva, Inc., a company specializing in AI-powered mission-critical solutions, has announced that Infinite MS, Inc., a Thoriva affiliate under the Infinite Computer Solutions umbrella, has acquired the Education Platform from Fiserv, Inc. The platform will now operate under Thoriva. This move broadens Thoriva’s government-focused technology portfolio to include loan servicing, furthering its mission of transforming complex, mission-critical government systems.

Loan platforms demand robust high-volume transaction processing and strict regulatory compliance—a priority area for both federal and non-federal loan programs. Integrating Fiserv's Education Platform with Thoriva's mission AI platform positions Thoriva to shape the next generation of loan servicing technology.

“This acquisition marks Thoriva’s entry into loan platforms, one of the most complex environments in government technology,” said Kevin Brault, President and CEO of Thoriva. “Our strategy is to bring modern technology to government systems where accuracy, accountability and reliability matter most. The Loan Servicing Platform is a natural extension of that mission.”

Jon Barnett, who brings nearly 30 years of platform expertise and previously led Fiserv’s education business, will remain at the helm as Vice President of Loan Platforms at Thoriva.

“I am excited to join the Thoriva team and begin this next chapter for the Education Platform. This combination creates an outstanding opportunity to build on the platform’s proven foundation while accelerating modernization and the thoughtful adoption of AI. Together, we will continue supporting our loan servicing clients and their customers while evolving the platform to meet their changing needs well into the future,” said Barnett.
