The vertically integrated digital advertising firm follow Inc has unveiled followOS-email, the initial service of followOS—its autonomous AI advertising platform tailored for small and mid-sized businesses. This release
comes several months earlier than the company’s announced timeline. After a phase of invitation-only early access, the public beta begins today at followOS-email.com.

With followOS-email, a small business gains a full AI-operated email marketing program without needing a marketing department. The user provides details about their business and its communication style, uploads their existing customer list, and the system constructs the entire program: campaigns, automated customer journeys, a consistent brand voice across all sends, product-aware content, and analytics presented in simple terms. The user gives approval; the system handles
the execution.

Central to this launch is the Design Studio. Rather than relying on template libraries, it uses AI and machine-learning-native technology to generate original, on-brand email designs tailored to a small business’s unique requirements—its products, customers, voice, and current context—and produces them fully created, edited, and market-ready within minutes. This delivers a design caliber previously unattainable for most small
businesses, at a pace that no human design team can match. The company sees this as the turning point for AI-powered email marketing: design is no longer a bottleneck but a competitive edge.

“Our plan was to develop the platform step by step and deliver actual working products to real businesses as each component was completed. This is the first component, and it’s ahead of schedule,” said Dean K. Ladell, CEO of follow Inc. “Email is the channel where small businesses already have established customer relationships. The Design Studio ensures every email appears as though the business commissioned a professional studio, all within minutes. That’s exactly what our customers requested, and that’s what we’ve delivered.”

The other services of the comprehensive followOS platform—the market’s first vertically integrated, fully autonomous advertising system designed for small and mid-sized businesses—are still under development. The company anticipates that its second service, an AI search offering for small and mid-sized businesses, will roll
