The A' International Meta, Strategic and Service Design Awards operate in two stages. Participation starts with a complimentary initial evaluation of service innovation and strategic design projects. Projects that successfully clear the preliminary round may proceed to nomination; however, it should be noted upfront that a nominal fee applies for nominating entries for Service Awards consideration.
The A' Meta, Strategic and Service Design Awards honor outstanding achievements in service innovation, organizational change, and strategic design thinking. The competition celebrates solutions that enhance customer experiences, boost operational efficiency, and generate long-term organizational value—spanning service blueprints, customer journey systems, business models, policy design, organizational frameworks, experience strategies, and service ecosystems. All entries are evaluated anonymously by an international jury comprising over 300 academics, service designers, business strategists, UX professionals, innovation consultants, and organizational experts, ensuring that recognition is awarded solely on the basis of strategic impact, innovation, usability, and design excellence.
Service Awards Timeline & Eligibility
The final deadline for submissions to the A' Meta, Strategic and Service Design Awards is September 30, 2026. Winners of the A' Meta, Strategic and Service Design Awards will be revealed on May 1, 2027. Professional-edition laureates will receive the highly sought-after A’ Design Prize, which includes a variety of PR, marketing, and publicity tools designed to highlight the achievement of winning the Service Awards.
