IntervuToday Launches Real-Time Hiring Marketplace in Atlanta With 7-Day Metro Hiring Initiative

IntervuToday’s live hiring map provides employers with instant visibility into local job seekers ready to work, transforming hiring from a post-and-wait model into a see-and-connect process.

The Atlanta rollout will bring around 16,000 local job seekers onto a location-based hiring platform built to link employers with available talent.

Hiring shouldn't start with posting a job and waiting. If you're ready to work, get on the map. If you're ready to hire, open the map and start connecting.”— Chrissy SteedATLANTA, GA, UNITED STATES, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — IntervuToday, a hiring technology company building a real-time marketplace for employers and job seekers, today unveiled its platform in metro Atlanta and kicked off the Atlanta 7-Day Metro Hiring Challenge™.

The Atlanta launch introduces IntervuToday’s geography-based hiring method, enabling job seekers to mark their availability and show up on a live hiring map where participating employers can spot nearby candidates.

As part of the Atlanta initiative, roughly 16,000 job seekers in the metro area who are already in IntervuToday’s network will be asked to activate their profiles.

This launch marks the initial step in the company’s planned expansion into further U.S. metropolitan markets.

A Geography-Based Approach to Hiring

IntervuToday was created as an alternative way for employers and job seekers to start the hiring process.

Conventional online recruiting typically begins with an employer listing a job and candidates submitting applications. IntervuToday adds a real-time availability feature by letting participating job seekers signal when they are free and giving employers the ability to find talent by location through a live map.

The company calls this model an Everyday Live Job Fair™.

“Speed matters in many hiring situations,” said Chrissy Steed, MBA, Founder of IntervuToday. “IntervuToday was built on the concept that employers should have greater insight into available local workers, and job seekers should have another way to show they are ready for an opportunity.”

The initial Atlanta effort will focus on sectors with ongoing hiring needs, such as hospitality, logistics, warehousing, transportation, security, food service, and retail.

Atlanta Chosen as First Metro Market

Metro Atlanta was picked as the first market for the company’s metro expansion strategy.

The 7-Day Metro Hiring Challenge™ will act as the introductory phase for the Atlanta marketplace, during which employers and job seekers across the region will be urged to sign up and start using the platform.

IntervuToday also intends to collaborate with local business, workforce, and community organizations to promote awareness of the initiative.

“Atlanta offers a chance to introduce the model in a large, diverse employment market,” Steed said. “The company will use the Atlanta launch to further assess how a real-time, location-based marketplace can foster connections between employers and available workers.”

Additional Metropolitan Markets on the Horizon

Following the Atlanta launch, IntervuToday plans to roll out its hiring marketplace in other metropolitan areas across the United States.

Future markets and launch dates will be announced separately as the expansion moves forward.

The broader goal is to create localized marketplaces where participating employers can find available candidates within their own metropolitan regions.
