The Toronto-based B2B agency has now collected three workplace honours from Great Place to Work® Canada in a single year, a streak its leadership says is driven entirely by employee feedback.

There’s a difference between an award a company applies for and one that employees essentially hand out themselves. For Measure Marketing Results Inc. (MMR), the distinction is everything. The agency’s latest accolade, a spot on the 2026 Best Workplaces™ in Ontario list in the under-100-employees category, comes straight from confidential surveys completed by its own staff.
Great Place to Work® Canada unveiled the province-wide list on November 3, 2026, with MMR among the honorees. The ranking is built entirely on how workers describe their day-to-day experience, covering trust, culture, and the overall feel of the workplace.

‘Every recognition this year has come from the same place: our people tell an outside organization what it's actually like to work here. That's what makes it mean something,’ said Arti Sharma, CEO and Founder of Measure Marketing Results Inc.
This marks the third Great Place to Work distinction for MMR in 2026. The agency first earned Great Place to Work Certified™ status in February, then followed it up in March by being named one of the 2026 Best Workplaces™ Led by Women. Now, with the Ontario nod, the company has a clean sweep of sorts for the year.
Sharma credits the culture internally rather than any external campaign. ‘We’ve been deliberate about building a culture where ownership is clear, standards are high, and people are trusted to lead. This one belongs to the team, in Canada and around the world.’
For a firm headquartered in Toronto with its largest office in Oakville, the recognition carries local weight. MMR serves more than 30 customers across Ontario, and the proximity is part of the value proposition. Being based in the province means the agency’s teams can meet clients face-to-face, understand the regional market, and stay tied to the same communities their customers operate in.
‘Ontario is home for us. Many of our customers are just down the road, and that closeness matters,’ said Namay Sharma, Head of Growth at Measure Marketing Results Inc. ‘Being recognized as one of the province's best workplaces tells our Ontario customers that the team behind their growth is engaged, supported and here for the long run.’
Founded in 2008, MMR has spent the last year adapting its operations to shifts in search behavior and how buyers make decisions. That has meant standing up a dedicated team focused on AI search and AI operations. Through all that change, the agency has anchored its culture to seven core values: Gratitude, Extreme Ownership, Results Hungry, People-First, Honesty & Integrity, Knowledge & Innovation, and Passion & Enthusiasm.
‘Great clients come from great teams,’ Arti Sharma added. “When people feel trusted and supported, it shows up in the work they do for every client.’

Why it matters: Workplace certifications are increasingly a deciding factor for talent in competitive markets, and MMR’s hat trick of honours signals that its internal culture is holding up even as it pivots toward AI-driven services. For Ontario-based B2B clients, the award offers a tangible signal that the team handling their growth marketing is itself stable, engaged, and built to last.
