This marks another significant milestone in constructing a varied and long-term reimbursement foundation centered on physician-directed virtual care.”— Dr. William Cherniak, Co-Founder and CEO of Rocket Doctor Inc.VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, August 18, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Rocket Doctor AI Inc. (CSE: AIDR, OTC: AIRDF, Frankfurt: 939) (“Rocket Doctor AI” or the “Company”) today disclosed that physicians utilizing the digital health platform and marketplace of its wholly owned subsidiary, Rocket Doctor Inc., have entered into a strategic provider network arrangement with a major national technology-enabled network solutions partner, widening access to physician-led care across multiple healthcare and insurance channels in California.

In contrast to conventional payer agreements that target a single business line, this deal enables Rocket Doctor to operate across five network channels: Primary, Complementary, Workers’ Compensation, Auto Medical and Medicare Advantage. Through these networks, Rocket Doctor can engage with upstream insurers, employer health plans and other healthcare organizations that tap into the network and its agreed-upon provider rates, subject to relevant participation, eligibility and benefit requirements.
The national network covers more than 700 health plans, over 100,000 employers and roughly 60 million consumers, with around 1.4 million contracted providers. With a single agreement, Rocket Doctor obtains a route to participate across a wide spectrum of healthcare and reimbursement channels without needing separate network contracts with each downstream organization. The arrangement took effect on July 1, 2026, and carries an initial one-year term that automatically renews annually.
“We are especially excited about this agreement because of the wide-ranging access it provides through just one relationship,” said Dr. William Cherniak, Co-Founder and CEO of Rocket Doctor Inc. “As we keep growing in California, moving beyond standard health insurance into areas like workers’ compensation and auto medical opens up fresh opportunities for physicians to reach patients who require timely care. It is another important step toward building a diversified and sustainable reimbursement infrastructure around physician-led virtual care.”
For Rocket Doctor, this deal signals an expansion of its U.S. reimbursement strategy beyond conventional commercial and government-sponsored health insurance. In addition to commercial healthcare and Medicare Advantage, the agreement secures contracted entry into workers’ compensation and auto medical markets, offering extra channels through which physicians using Rocket Doctor’s technology and systems can deliver reimbursed care.
The agreement is especially relevant to Rocket Doctor’s care model in California. California telehealth requirements integrated into the contract support reimbursement for covered services delivered via telehealth, aiding Rocket Doctor in providing physician-led virtual care through established reimbursement networks.
The deal also establishes a new contracted entry point for Rocket Doctor into California’s workers’ compensation market. The state’s workers’ compensation framework permits the delivery and reimbursement of eligible healthcare services via telehealth, presenting an additional opportunity for Rocket Doctor to assist patients needing timely assessment, treatment, and follow-up care.
The agreement marks another milestone in Rocket Doctor’s U.S. commercialization strategy as the Company continues to broaden its physician network, reimbursement infrastructure and patient access across key markets. By securing access to multiple lines of business through a single network contract, Rocket Doctor is diversifying its potential sources of reimbursed patient encounters while creating further opportunities for utilization and sustained growth.
