With the ongoing expansion of e-commerce, package theft has become one of the most irritating and expensive problems tied to home delivery. Users can tailor security preferences, manage one or several Arculus Boxx units from a single account, remotely regulate access, and receive instant alerts whenever a package arrives or activity is detected.
The Arculus app automatically identifies shipments from FedEx, UPS, and major retailers, directing parcels straight to the homeowner’s Arculus Boxx while offering a unified dashboard for all couriers and packages. Confirmed proof of secure handoff is captured for every delivery, and built-in motion sensors immediately notify homeowners of any activity, automatically generating one-time courier access codes and enabling full remote management of the system.
Although the Arculus Boxx supplies physical security, the Arculus app delivers the intelligence that sets the platform apart. Homeowners gain insight into package activity, local theft patterns, and incidents reported by the community, allowing them to assess risks before parcels go missing. Rather than merely documenting theft after the fact, Arculus helps homeowners proactively safeguard deliveries through real-time awareness and connected delivery intelligence.

The free Arculus app provides anyone with access to package tracking, delivery insights, and neighborhood theft data, even without an Arculus Boxx. For homeowners desiring extra security, Arculus Protect adds insurance for every package delivered into the Boxx, a lifetime hardware warranty while subscribed, and direct claim handling from Arculus without needing third-party insurance companies. Arculus Complete extends that protection further by covering any package meant for the Boxx, including deliveries left on the porch or situations where the Boxx is full.
Looking forward, Arculus intends to launch one of its most eagerly awaited platform features: a unique Arculus Boxx delivery address. Similar to a post office box located directly on a homeowner’s porch, consumers will be able to ship purchases using their Arculus Boxx number rather than their home address. By removing the need to share physical addresses with retailers, this feature can limit exposure of personal information while making home delivery even more secure.
Unlike many crowdfunding efforts, Arculus enters Kickstarter with manufacturing already financed and production in progress. Instead of raising money to develop the product, the company is concentrating on bringing an already-funded connected hardware and software platform to market. The first Arculus Boxx units are scheduled to ship in early October, giving homeowners a chance to install the system and protect deliveries before the holiday shopping season and peak package delivery period.
Kickstarter backers will receive special launch pricing, exclusive Founding Member benefits, priority access to the first production run, and long-term platform advantages available only to early supporters. Every Kickstarter package includes one year of Arculus Complete, the company’s highest level of protection, covering deliveries intended for the Boxx even if a carrier leaves a package on the porch or the Boxx is full.
Introductory pricing for Kickstarter supporters starts at $399, with three-tiered plans available for backers to choose from.
The Kickstarter goal is set at $80,000. If the goal is not reached, backers will NOT be charged. Manufacturing is already funded and production is underway. If the campaign doesn’t fund, the Boxx will still come to market at retail in fall 2026.
